I am about to build a fiberglass box in my nissan Altima and I was wondering if their was a way to pre-determine the volume of the enclosure. The sub that I am using works best with a sealed 1.0 cubic ft box. I measured the area that i wanted to use and it was 20" by 24".

you more or less take a guess at it to start......then after the foundation is glassed you can take a more accurate measurement. the easiest way is to kinda predend it is a square and see if you have the room.........then when you glass it...just glass a little more than you think you will need.......you can always cut it down or add to it if you need to.

What shape do you plan on making the enclosure?
