Did you buy it new? Take it back. If you bought it used, it may be repairable. You'll have to find a service center in your area who can look at it.

Disconnect all speaker wires and the rca cable, if the red protection led is on, the amp is faulty. If the protection led goes on with the rca plugged in, check the rca cable to see if it is grounding out.

check your ground,make sure it is connected securely to a chassis bolt
