If all else fails and you live in the U.S then call crutchfield and order a master sheet for your vehicle. They are like $5.00.

I had the same problem with my 2001 Jeep.  I found the following page useful.  It's for a Grand Cherokee, but the door and instructions are the same.  Only thing it doesn't really say that I would add is give it a good tug after you get the screws out to get the door clips to pop out.  Looking at the driver's side door, I started on the upper right side and popped out each clip as you go around.

Good Luck.

Extract 1 screw behind the door release cup

Extract 1 screw from the arm rest pocket

Extract 1 bolt from underneith the armrest

Then using a panel popper tool go around the parameter of the door popping the door clips out, then just disconnect any electrical connections and the rods for like the door pull.

you can try this link for the actual scosche doc. not sure if it will work though.
