A Rockford 1501BD would be a good amp for this application. 1500 w x 1 rms @ 2ohm mono, the exact load that 4 dvc 4 ohm subs wired in a series / parallel circuit will present.

The box is what will make the bite, not just the amp.

Link won't post for me. Anyways, your subs if they are dual 4 ohm voice coils can each be wired in series to create a single 8 ohm load for each sub. Then all 4 subs wired in parallel create a 2 ohm mono load. Rockford amps 99% of the time make more power than they claim, I would expect this amp to produce closer to 1700 watts rms @ 2 ohm mono (the 1501bd that is). If the link you posted is for the T20001bd then that amp will work just fine as well.
