does anyone know where i can get some L-PADS FOR MY REAR SPEAKERS .I AM LOOKING FOR THE ONES THAT WIRE INLINE WITH THE SPEAKERS

an L-pad is a resistor network with a dial (varistor/variable resistor) allowing attenuation and phase adjustment of a speaker.. it's used to tone down rear speakers so they don't over-power the fronts when you don't have fade control.
I just build my own, but radio shack used to sell pre-made ones.. not sure if they still do.

also, if radio shack doesn't carry it, you can try digikey or jameco, they both sell lots of stuff, and usually it is cheaper there.
