02' Dodge Neon Remote Start

I have a 4dr Neon with OE Alarm and Keyless Entry. Does anyone have the wiring diagram for all connections (alarm/remote start). Also any helpful info on disabling or integrating factory alarm/keyless entry system. installing a DEI Valiant 552. Thanks

Notes:

NOTE: All models with a gray ignition key require the use of DEI part number 555C or 555U when adding a remote start.  *1 Relays are required for both lock and unlock. Lock is negative trigger thru a 1K ohm resistor, unlock is negative thru a 250 ohm resistor. If vehicle has factory alarm, use negative trigger thru a 2.7K ohm resistor for arm/lock, and negative thru a 7.5K ohm resistor for disarm/unlock, use double pulse for unlock.  *2 To avoid the dome light delay use tan in the drivers kick for the drivers door and blue/orange in the passengers kick for the passengers door. Both wires are negative trigger and must be diode isolated.  *3 The keyless entry module is located in the center top of the dash. Remove the dash top to access.

Thank you, for the info. However I do have another question. This car has a grey key (I suppose its transponder type?). This lists 555u or 555c to bypass for remote start. do you know the omega equivilant and are relays needed with the factory alarm system for keyless entry? Any other useful info to this model would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
