all u have to do is put it in a normal sealed box. Make the box a little bit smaller than the recommended because you dont need the extra space for the basket. Make it about .1 or.2 cubes smaller than recommended. For wireing, just wire it normally, and you can try reversing the polarity on the sub, i noticed a difference with mine normally and reversed, but it sounded just fine normally, just louder with the polarity switched.

if you plan on using plexi on the back of the box you're gonna need some thick stuff seeing as those hx2 create some pressure. you said you where going with 3 12's right? i'd use nothing smaller than 3/4", it is a little pricey though.
