Hey guys.

I want to get a 4 channel amp to run my mids and highs. Currently Im running an mb qaurts component set for my front and I have the stock 6.5's in the back whih I will hopefully some day be replacing with bostons or infinitys. In any case the mb quarts are asking for more power and I need to give it to them. I would like to get at least 300 watts rms out of the amp or 75x4. I want the best bang for the buck as well and thats why Im asking you guys for suggestions.

US Acoustics. They deliver excellent SQ and are probably the most affordable, High Quality amplifier that you can purchase. Got to http://www.usacoustics.com/ and check out their line. I own an older US Acoustics 4050 amplifier and it is rated at 50wrms X 4 at 12V. I have it pushing a pair of MB Quart DKC 169's and JBL GTO635's and they ROCK!

Regards,

I just got an M1000 and it is very nice.  I plan on getting an F540 in a couple of days when I get paid.

Alpines are awesome Amps but you pay for the quality.  The new Rockford Fosgate amps cost less(notice I didn't say cheaper) and deliver a lot more power for the price.  I'm in the market for a new amp to power a single Alpine Type R 12, after seriously considering the V12, I'm going w the RF.

The new MTX amps are absolute tanks. I just got one and I am super impressed by the build quality. I would suggest them any day of the week
double-secret reverse-osmosis speaker-cone-induced high-level interference distortion, Its a killer

I was looking into buying a used alpine amp off ebay. They have some decent looking amps on there for relatively inexpensive prices. Never owned one myself though. How about the kenwoods?
