Find the specs for your wooferes HERE and build your SPL enclosure according to manufacturer's recomendations.

Cheers.

Use the ported specs.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

wait a tick, if he'e the true pimp, what does that make me?? Anyhow, yea if you are going for SPL use the ported specs, as stevdart stated. Just make sure you have enough room in your trunk for it. Also, be very careful when making the box. the slightest miscalculation could make or break your system. If you're new to making boxes, stick to the sealed box, make it a little larger than the specs say, for the lower bass. Sealed boxes are much more forgiving.
