usually the steering column works well.... it will pick up MOST resonances through the vehicle

where does that particular alarm manufacturer suggest?

I'm not sure where it says to mount it it's a cheap alarm i bought on ebay. I have a 89 chevy corsica.

Is the steering column definetly the best place or is there a better place to put it in my car?
