installing viewing window

ok guys...i am wanting to put a viewing window on my box. i want to know the best way to have a plexiglass viewing window on it.. does it matter how thick the plexiglass is?and how should i put it on the box and how should it be secured

you need to cut and router the edges of the cut to accomidate the window. i would suggest at least a 3/8" plexi most likely you will need thicker depending on the sub. you also need to seal the window when you put it on with sealant and screws about ever 1.5".
