bad amp or sub?

i have eclipse 8152dvc x2

jbl600.1 x2

audio control eql

coustic xm6

one of the sub move more than the other .

do i have a bad sub or one of the gain on the amp is  to high ?

good question. are they in different enclosures. one might have some sort of leak in it if they are. thats all i can think of but im not a pro
always looking for new info and willing to give it

did it work properly before, , or are you just hooking it up now?

Best and quickest test would be to switch your subs and see if the effect reverses in channels. If after switching the same sub performs weakly, that sub is to be investigated furthur such as above posts. Box different or sub itself. If upon switching the sound remains same, meaning the other sub takes the "weak" effect, then its the amp or wiring and the subs are both same/ok.
