I'm trying to replace the tweeters and speakers in the front door of a 2003 Toyota Highlander.
Doe anyone know how to remove this panel?

I wish I had this info when I was doing it for the first time. phunboy, did you get to change them? Which tweeters are you putting in? I thought of chaging mine too but did not yet. I changed all, except the tweeters. I changed HU, 4 door speakers, and put 2 new amps, a sub. The 4 door speakers have tweeters in them as well and sound amazing so I did not change the stock tweets. After reading your post, Im thinking of it too. Which tweeters did you get?

I tried removing the door panel as suggested in the scosche link above, and I'm unable to remove the the door opener cup as outlined in step 1. Has anyone had success removing this piece? I found all other retainers/fasteners in the door panel, just stuck with removing this door opener cup.
It says pry out, then forward.... that doesn't work!!
Anyone with experience with removing Highlander door panel? Help!
