Cant Figure out door panel and dash

 I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma and am installing a system. I have never put a system in a toyota and it looks to be different than any i have previously done. I can not figure out how to get the dash panel off to acces the head unit, and I can not figure out how to remove the door panel (not electric windows or locks) to install different 6.5 inch spkrs..........please helpCant Figure out door panel and dash -- posted image.

pull off the knobs for the heater control first. then the fropnt panel of the heater control "pops" off. underneath you will find 2 screws, one on each side. remove them.  now the whole trim panel should be able to be removed.

this is how i remove the panel on my 1996 tacoma. they shouldnt have changed THAT much since...
