I'm getting 1 kicker kx1200.1 and wanted to see if someone could help me find a cheaper 1/0 guage installation than I have found..

I also would like to see if anyone has any idea how I can run my 1 15" Kicker CVR and a Kicker Comp until I get another 15" Kicker CVR.  Thats 3 4ohm subs, I need them to come out to be 1ohm, but have no idea how I can do it without 2 15" Kicker CVR's..

Any help would be nice,  You can help me out on this Thread that I started of my own..    https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=36853&PN=1&tpn=1

Me and forbidden had a discusion about this a couple days ago. He told me the length of the ground doesnt matter as long as the resistance is less than 1/2 and ohm. I checked around and talked toa  couple other people and pretty much everyone I trusted on the topic agreed with Forbidden about this. Doesnt matter how long the wire is as long as the resistance is low enough.

I also agreee with what Ravendarat is saying, what I would do is find a good chassis ground and check your resistance before stretching unneeded wire through your vehicle.

Also as someone else has mentioned,, if your resistance is low and you do decide to go with a chassis ground, be sure to use the same size ground wire as your power.

Its already wired up correctly with an excellent 0ga chassis ground. And I have been running both 1200.1's off of the one 0ga run and was just wondering what you guys thought about the full length ground idea. I have 50' of Stinger HPM 0/1ga so it wouldn't be a problem.
