Aladdin 2000 unlock/lock problem

The alarm won't unlock/lock the actuators. I checked the green (lock) wire coming from the harness and its dead, it won't give any pulse either for lock and unlock. I don't understand...I just stopped working so I sent it for warranty and it still won't work. I checked the green wire right by thr brain so its no connection problem. Did I forget to program or anything?

how are you checking it?????? which lead of your meter????? post the wiring info for that part of your alarm...Good Luck

I checked with a positive tester. The alarm works and all but the green wire is just dead. I know when I arm the alarm its supposed to give out a + pulse and - pulse on the blue wire. Can it also be because of the door input wire. I guess the connection became loose for the pass door and the alarm don't detect when that door is open. Can it be because of that?
