wow, , basement!  Dosn't your house smell like fiberglass resin??  Your family must be walking around bumping into walls.

use 6-10 layers for that. you don't want flexing, it will cause distortion. chop mat is the way to go, props on that.... depending on how your gonna finnish the box, you can use woven mat on the areas that will be painted/covered. also if you are goin to paint it, add some micro balloons to your resin for your last layer... good luck, post pictures

Hey All, got some pics, I put down a solid 6 layers of chop mat. The wood backing looks kinda ghetto, but was needed, the box wouldn't fall in and there was issues, so i made that. It fits "liiiike a glove"  Its strong too, well look at the pics. Any feedback would be cool. You all have been the coolest and super helpful!

Fixed. You didn't have the.jpg on the end of the file and also the second pic didn/t have .com in the www. portion of the file name.
