So...

1) What year 240 do you have?

2) Are you trying to install an alarm?

3) Which alarm?

4) Are you talking about the neutral safety switch that came with your alarm or the neutral switch on your car?

5) What are you trying to do with the switch?

If you answer these question, THEN maybe we'll know what you're asking, and how to help you.

GREEN / WHITE wire going to the clutch switch, that wire has to be grounded for the car to start. The hilarious part about 240sx's, is Canadian M/T models never came with a safety switch.

If it's the neutral toggle that came with your alarm, you could wire it to the ebrake switch wire, so it won't remote start unless the ebrake is on, or you could try to find the neutral sensor switch on your car, and wire the safety toggle to that.  Unfortunately, I have a '89 240, so I don't know the wiring for your generation...

Did you hook up both starter wires & if it's the 1995+ 240's you have to isolate the accessory wire ( WHITE ) from the key switch.
