Heres the story. I got an Alpine SEC-100S  Security system installed on my 97 Honda Civic Si, but opted out of getting keyless entry because they wanted 50 extra bucks and I wasn't that lazy. Apparently, now I am.

I was looking into doing it myself. I have a 3 wire harness that alpine supplies just for door locking/unlocking. On the install guide it says one should go to the door lock circuit, one to the drivers door unlock circuit, and one to all door unlock circuit. Where, and if not where, how do I find these circuits in my car? Is anyone familiar with honda's inparticular? And is this something I can do myself (I do have prior electrical experience), or should I just leave it to the pro's?

Thanks for any help!

Greg

Got a funny story. So I go to install the parking light wire and patch it into the parking light circuit, but it already seems to be connected, they just didn't put a fuse in the holder! So they installed it for free, but basically wanted 50 bucks to stick a fuse in there. Glad I didn't fall for that one!

Thanks again guys my alarm now works like a real one should.
