I have a copy of the DEI Directwire wiring information for a 1995 Honda Passport.

It lists 2 starter wires (no other documents I have found, including the factory electrical manual mention anything for a 2nd starter wire).

It is a long story regarding the 94/95/95.5 model years, so I won't bore you with it now.

I have seen the wiring pages here on "the12volt".  I want to compare them to the DEI "Directwire" info.

DEI's website requires a dealer password, so I can't access it easily.

I would like a link to the DEI Directwire page that shows the wiring information for a 1994 Honda Passport.

If you cannot provide that link can you look up the following information for me....

From ***DEI's "Directwire"*** page for 1994 Honda Passport:  does it show wiring for a "Second Starter"... if so, what does it say?

Thank you

Thank you for the quick reply.

From this DEI information it appears there are 2 starter circuits, HOWEVER both the Honda factory "Electrical Trouble Shooting Manual" (effectively the wiring book for the car) does NOT show anything about a 2nd starter circuit, nor does the information available on the12volt (this website) show anything about a 2nd starter.

I am trying to prepare as much as possible before actually starting the installation of a Clarion SR5000.

Once I have started the installation I will check every circuit (and not make any assumptions regarding any wiring diagrams).  However, it does appear that the DEI information regarding a 2nd starter circuit is not correct.  Am I REASONABLY safe in making the assumption there is ***probably*** not a 2nd starter circuit in a 1995 Honda Passport and the DEI information is not correct?

Thank you

<tables snipped>

The tables you sent appear similar to the information I have in my factory manual.

If you don't mind, can you tell me/us what was the source of the tables you sent?

Thank you

Prob all the wire your self and see what you coem up with. if putting a alarm in cut the starter wire and try and start the car.
My other guide dont mention it either. Only reason i can think of you, you dotn need it for remote start, but normally they mention that.

cut the 2nd starter wire and see if the vehicle starts.  and vise-versa with the first starter wire.
