Update for Wiring Colors, 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I love this board and all the information available so much, I wanted to contribute whenever possible...

I had an interesting problem with a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee, one of few instances when the wiring guide here on the board did not match the truck I was working on.  I finally ended up removing all of the door panels on this thing and using a multi-meter to determine the colors of the speaker wires in the dash.

All of the control/power wires listed here are correct, but the speaker wires changed color between the doors and the dash as follows:

Left Front  +                       GRN                        GRN

Left Front  -                        BRN/ORG               BRN/RED

Left Rear  +                       BLU/WHT                BRN/YEL

Left Rear  -                        BLU/ORG                BRN/BLU

Right Front +                     PUR                         PUR/YEL

Right Front -                      BLU/RED                BLU

Right Rear +                     BLU/WHT                BLU/WHT

Right Rear -                      BLU /ORG               BLU/PNK

All the components of this system were completely stock, so I am relatively confident that this data will be accurate for these vehicles.   I hope this info helps.
