I have a Panasonic DV 1500 DVD player and a CY-VM 5800U color LCD monitor.  When I hook it up, all the monitor says is "WARNING".  Any one know why this is happening?   How do I get the DVD player to show on the screen?  Do I need to ground the wire? Do I need a Brake Bypass for this?

Does anyone have a wiring diagram or installation manual for this?  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Panasonic DV 1500, CY-VM 5800U, no video - Last Post -- posted image.

There is a parking brake wire that needs to see ground ( not sure what the color is for Panasonic ) but if this wire doesn't see a ground connection, no video .

Im having the same problem, does the parking brake wire need to be connected or can you just bypass it and send to a ground wire?
