I want to add a relay for the amps and one relay for the fans. what kind of a relay do i need to get to power on the amps and then what kind of a relay do i need to power the fans. The two amps equal 250 amp and i am not sure about the fans but the fans are not the computer looking fans it is the Crossflow Cooling Fan . The auction number on ebay to look at the picture of the fan is 5719429447
Thanks for looking and helping out.

You will only require a standard SPDT 30 amp relay. Remember, the remote turn on lead from the HU is what turns your amplifier on, and does not carry alot of current.
On the left side of this forum you will see a illustration as to how to add in more accessories with the turn on lead, such as your fan.

So to clairify  he will use the relay to control the turn on circuit of the amps and the fans not the bulk of the 250 amps?

That would be 250 watts, not 250 amperes. Otherwise that would be impossible.

I dont care what it says there, he does not have an amplifier that draws down 250 ampere's.
Show me one that is sold in the open market that does, even half that current draw.

People, the fuses in both of the amp equal 250 amp or what ever. I only put down the fuse rating because I thought it matters in which relay to use. Sorry for the confusion.
