Learn the car you are working on!!!!! I know enuff to know that i dont know crap about vehicles and the audio systems that they have, but i do my research and learn one car after another, and i learn where to get the info i need, you know people at car dealerships, make sure you make friends with them. I get a ton of calls everyday where the salesman will quote a customer this price for something to put in his car not knowing that he needs 400 bucks worth of interfacing to make it happen. Know the car you are working on!!!!
