Hi, I'm very new to this field. I have a Legend 91 which has a Viper with 552V on it. The remote control has only 2 bottom ( I & II ). When I press II it will lock/unlock. However sometimes it keep horn when I open door. The starter not working at all. Now I want to install the Compustar 2way FM. What is the best to remove the old module?

Thanks in advance

There should be only one wire that is cut and that's your starter wire.  Unplug the wiring harnesses from the brains of the alarm and reconnect the starter wire to itself.
Do it right the first time
