Hey guys???? Im Having problem with my unit, I have a Avh-P6500dvd connected to a DEQ-9200, Last week everything was working fine, but yesterday i decide to pass the wires from the Head unit to the Brain (which is located under the seat) there are three wires coming from the head unit to the module, one is the antenna cable, and two plugs.. When I was passing the wires to the other side, I pull one of the wires a little be more (it was too short) and I connected, I turn on the RADIO FM, and no sound at all, I checked the amp the wires everything,,, but there was not sound, I play a cd and you can hear the music but FM or AM there is not sound, I try with a new antenna wire from the module to the antenna in the back (trunk) but still not sound, I dont know what could be the problems. I need some ideas.....
thank you .>>!!!

I don't really understand you.

I have a 6600...so I know what you're dealing with...however, are you saying it was working fine BEFORE you hooked up the brain?

Either way, it sounds like your antenna isn't hoked up. Please realize, that you need to run the antenna cable from the DECK...to the BRAIN...and back to the factory antenna connector which is behind the DECK.

If what I'm getting at isn't the problem, please try to give us some meaningful detail on the situation. (however, I know I didn't get ANY radio recpetion until I connected the factory antenna connection to the brain.

Everything was connected the same way as before, when it was working,, For no reason it not working now, and I dont know what could be the problem, because i replace the antenna wire, check all connections....... What I mean is that instead of running the wires through the passenger side i did it through the driver side, and after i reconnect the plug and the antenna it did not work....
