I just had my viper 791xv pro. installed, and they did a good job, I love it, but the thing that I don't get is, I had them install a prox. radar sensor, and it works, but only once you hit it hard.  Is this how they work, or should I go back and tell them to adjust it?

Thanks

BTW A proximity sensor should not require hitting the vehicle, it should pick up your body movement as you approach the vehicle.  A shock sensor requires hitting the car.  Not sure which you have, but something seems amiss with the install.  Take it back and have them work it over till they get it right.
If it don't fit, Force it.
If it breaks, You needed a new one anyway!

i just called them back and they told me about that screwdrive, and I poped the hood and it's right there, just under the hood, little screw that is connected to some kind of wire, could that be it.

thanks
