The info above is for the 2004+ F150. Also the BLACK/ light green should be an accessory wire, not an ignition wire. If you doing a F250 or F350, the information above won't help you. Good luck,
Mike

Or I guess I could've just posted the info ;) Anyway since he posted it here's some notes on the Super Duty..
"Ignition RED / lt. green or WHITE/ yellow   +   ignition harness"
If it's an 04 gas engine ignition is RED / green, if it's an 04 diesel engine the ignition is WHITE/ yellow. If it's an 05 gas OR diesel, ignition is RED / green.
"Accessory gray / YELLOW & RED / black   +   ignition harness
Second Accessory blue/lt. green   +   ignition harness"
Regardless you should power up gray / YELLOW as acc 1 and RED / black as acc 2. The blue/green shouldn't be necessary.
"Tachometer NOT RED / lt. green   ac   any ignition coil
Notes: On diesel vehicles the tach wire is GREEN / WHITE in a 5 wire harness held up with white tape behind the parking brake release."
The GREEN / WHITE tach wire is a lower signal on the late 04/05 trucks. If your module won't seem to program the tach, you'll either need a tach booster module or use an alternative source for a tach signal. On the 6.0 diesel, alternative tach source is the crankshaft sensor @ the underhood PCM. Remove the battery terminals and plastic cover from the battery on the DRIVER side of the engine bay to reveal the PCM next to the battery on the fenderwell. There will be 3 plugs at the pcm you want the GRAY wire in the center plug. I believe it is the only plain gray wire in the plug (watch out for gray/blacks) and I believe it is taped in a harness of its own (within the main harness) with a black wire, orange wire, and red wire. The wire will read about 1 - 1.5 volts ac at idle, and rise to 2+ volts ac when revving the engine. Good luck,
Mike
