Letting it dry. Will probably caulk it tomorrow after work, and wrap it by sunday. Will post more pics later.

Got her wrapped really tight. Its kinda cold out today, don't think i will resin it. The snow level dropped for this weekend its down a like 3500 feet. We'll see if I can get it warm enough in my shed.

Basically you multiply the h*w*d and divide it by that special number i can't remember right now. Then factor in the curves. It a game of guestimation. This box I am making has about 1 cu. ft of space. I didn't have much room to work with, so he better like tight bass. :-P

i;d say always make it a little big. then to get close to perfect calculations fill it up with packing peanuts. Put the peanuts into a box, then you can calculate the amount of peanut. That't the same (or real close) to the size of the enclosure.
If its too big you can make small blocks out of any solid matterial to fill up space.
If its too small you can add polly fill to the walls of the enclosure to make the sub "think" that the enclosure is bigger (i forget how much the sub will "think" it got bigger)

93accordSE,
I am glad you went that route, the box looks great. Are you happy with the outcome so far?

Yes, I think its coming out good. I resined it on saturday. My friend will see it tomorrow, i'm sure he'll like. I can't wait to get it done, but its been getting really cold here, so its slowing me down. I will probably end up having him buy some polyfill for it :)

Are you using heat lamps?  Those make curing time go by faster (especially in cold weather).  Make sure they aren't too close b/c it'll dry some parts faster and let the box warp (bad).  But that thing looks sweet man.
