Roger that will ground to the body, being that i live in j-ville ,fl and heater is a non issue, won't worry about it (he can suffer with out a/c and save some gas) it will build character! I will find out the color and function of the other wires that i had questions about later today when my son gets out of school and will post my questions, thank you for all your help.

Just got off the phone with him and here they are…

 

Yellow/red:   Factory arm output

 

Grey: 2nd ch or (-) trunk output

 

White: (-) arm input

 

Brown: (-) disarm input

 

Pink/black: remote start external activation

 

I told him to ground the blue/white neutral safety wire to the body.

 

Not sure about the above mentioned on if they are needed or not that is why I didn’t hook them up

 

The truck had a keyless entry but no alarm.
