I need to find the door lock and unlock triggers.

I am adding a remote start to my factory keyless entry, I have this all wired up and working. What I want to do is have the door locks trigger the remote start. If I use the Pink/Black wire in the green plug by the fuse boy this will only trigger when unlocking the door from the passengers side door, not the keyless entry. I need a trigger when unlocked from the keyless entry.

Does anyone know if the door lock interface (HODL2) will give me these triggers when Locked or Unlocked from the keyless entry, or do I have to go into the doors to get this wire?

Go into thegreen plug in the fusebox and look for a yellow/black wire this is lock motor wire. Depending on how you are doing it and what remote start you are using you will proablly need a relay to do it.

Is the yellow/black wire for lock or unlock? What is the other wire color for lock or unlock?

Yes I know I need a relay I am wiring up a diagram for the remote start to work by pressing Lock->Unlock->Lock.

Using the output LOCK wire on the HODL will work for you.

The remote transmitter for the Accord is built onto the key so the range is not the best. So sometimes I have to press Lock three times to get the doors to lock.

Also I installed one of these on my previous car and if I hit lock twice, then hit lock an hour later the car would start, and this is not what I wanted. So I thought that the Lock->Unlock->Lock sequence to trigger the remote start would be the solution. I am using some relays to do this with a tiemer relay to allow this to work with a ceratin timeframe.

Doe anyone know what the Unlock motor wire is?

I found the Unlock and Lock motor wire (yellow/black and YELLOW /GREEN). These are +12v, does anyone know where the keyless entry module is, I would like to connect to that so that the remote start isn't triggered when someone presses Lock three times.

I have not been able to get the Lock-> Unlock->Lock sequence to work yet, if anyone can help with that that would be appreciated. I have a post in the relay forum under:

you can use pink/black for lock and pink/blue for unlock both are found in a green plug on the side of the fuse block to the left of the streering column. they are negative trigger and will only meter while turning the key in the door lock cylinder
