These wires will trigger when prssing unlock or lock from the passenger side door also, but this is not what I am looking for. I am not trying to trigger the door locks, I want the door locks to trigger the remote start. So what I need is wire that will show a trigger when locking or unlocking from the remote transmitter. I found the lock and unlock motor wires, but I would like to use the keyless entry triggers instead.

If you have the motor wires, then I don't see what the problem is. Unless the keyless entry is smart, and doesn't trigger the lock motor if it's already locked... Hmmm....
Anyway, I can't help you w/ the colors of the wires, but have to point out that if you have the timing circuit in place, then it doesn't matter what sequence you use. Lock, lock, lock doesn't run into the problem you describe above and is certainly more secure....

Wouldn't the Lock->Lock->Lock sequence start the car if you press the lock button inside the car three times? I don't think this is very safe or practical. I would rather to directly to the keyless entry so that when the lock button is pressed in the car three times it won't trigger the remote start.
