2000 Jeep CHEROKEE

Must use relays to trigger the lock and unlock wires.  Close all doors when testing.

Sorry for the confusion. Thanks JWorm for pointing that out.

Hi

I am attempting to install a Matrix 3.5 into a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I am stuck on what the term key side / starter side means exactly. DOH. And I cant seem to find any info on it. It just looks like a starter wire to me. Also if anyone has any specific information on wiring the  door lock / door unlock  it would be appreciated.

I will reiterate. I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee and I'm trying to Install a Matrix 3.5 starter / alarm. This is where I'm at on the starter.

Red to Red

Green to key side

Purple to starter side

Pink / White to Blue

Orange to Black / White

I have checked the connections and they seem alright. Is there something that I'm missing?

Also what do I do with the White / Blue wire (remote start activation input) from harness 1?
