Hey alpine is this going into a SPL car,    Either way I am truly impressed with the new SPL amps, I know cheap line but my god the z1x3000d has loads of power and its .5% thd   not to bad for a class d.   They are cheap too, you could get 2 for under $1000    there power is as follows and is actually pretty realistic
1100W @ 4 Ohms RMS
1800W @ 2 Ohms RMS
2300W @ 1 Ohms RMS
3000W Maximum Power

haha, yeah, ,that baby's a beauty!, , i would use that as a portable power supply for my blender so i can mix drinks when camping.  Thats all its good for, , and it wont even do that without some fixing.

are you talking about the SPL amp? or the lanzar,   cause frankly I am running some of the SPL amps in my vehicle next year.   i have been playing with one for a few days now and I am amazed.   I have been through alot of amps and I will tell you this amp is almost as clean as my memphis hc50's and has alot more power

Have you tested there actual output?   I can't see how such a small / low cost amp can put out so much power.  Do they get hot?  Im planning on hiding my amps under the rear floor in my Pathfinder.
