Hey go2pac,

Do you have a picture (diagram) in your post?  I saw an error icon, and then I didn't see it....either way, it's not coming up.  That would be cool if it's a diagram!  :-)

THANKS!

its a diagram of the hazard and turn signal. It must be your browser because I can get it at home and work with IE 6.0

Hey, can anyone tell me if the diagram I drew could be the way to do this?

Again, can this be accomplished without relays?

Thanks!

All of that is correct except that you just need to wire pin 86 of both relays directly to +12volts fused. The vehicle flasher will do the blinking.

Ahhh, so you're saying I don't need another flasher?  I was just going by what you said in the beginning post about needing one.  Wow, I'm surprised I was right Can you make pushbuttons for blinkers? - Page 2 -- posted image.  Wahoo!  There's no other way to do this, though, right?  Like, without the relays?

I mentioned flasher but that was before i looked at the wiring diagram and notice you can use the factory flasher with two relays. The safest way is to wire like you have it, minus the flasher. If some how the wires get shorted from the buttons, the worse will happen is that the lights will continuously flash.

What do you think for the buttons....can I use any type of pushbutton?

I saw some really small ones in RadioShack, but wasn't sure if they had to be a certain size or rating or something.

Thanks for your help go2pac!

Any push button will work as long as it can handle about 150ma (thats typical for a relay) which i'm pretty sure all buttons at radio shack can handle.

hey go2pac....I never got around to doing this :(....but now I have 2 extra relays, so I might give it a shot again.

Could you please visit this site again?.....  http://www.angelfire.com/nj4/cpgoose/pushbuttons.html

The third picture is the diagram for my hazard wiring.  For the "hazard warning switch", I see 8 terminals (A - H) instead of the "Pins 1, 2, and 3" like you had mentioned.  I'm assuming the wiring will be very similar to what you posted since you posted for another Acura.  Would you be able to tell me which terminals I need (of A through H) for Pins 1, 2, and 3?  I'm wondering if A, B, C, D.....is really 1, 2, 3, 4....respecitvely?

Thanks!
