Ok, seems like all you have to do to bypass the emergency parking brake switch is to ground it. But if you do this, won't the light on your dash be on? Or do you simply take the wire comming from the N1 and ground it? How many volts are running through the e-brake switch? Can you simply bypass it by connecting the N1 wire to a power source? Please Help with detailed instructions. Thanks in advance.

The N1 has to see a ground on the brake wire to allow it to play videos.

To do it so you can kill it get a simple switch Ground the one pole of the switch and then hook the wire from the hu to the other pole of the switch...Switch on you have video...Cop gets behind you and you need to kill the monitor.. Switch off no video and hopefully no ticket....

Sweet idea. Actually, if the cops pull me over, it's more then likely going to be for my front windows being tinted to damn dark. I wanted to tint the front windows to somewhat hide my high end unit. (already being a victim of theft)

Thanks for everyone's help. I got my N1 up and running. I LOVE IT!!! Now I gotta spend another $200 for the rear camera option I wanna get. Again, Thanks everyone!!!

I believe so. But they don't look as good as the Pioneer one does. Ive seen ugly cheap ones that are huge, tan, and round.
