why dont you just pull the door pannel off and trace the wire see what color it changes when it comes out from the door into the car and also another thing you can do is if you have dome light supervision you can probably use that wire pull out that door pin and see what color the wire is and go straight to the driverside fuse pannel and tap into that wire and that can be your door trigger

i could be wrong but i am only trying to help you out giving you some ideas how to look for that wire i had some of those problems and eventually i had to go the extra step and try to figure it out the hard way i know for sure everything is on the driver side

i just did this car like amonth ago, i thot every wires were very visible. so dont strangle urself trying to look everywhere.
