I will be installing my capacitor, amp, and 4 10s on my xb.... Jus a quick questoin though... I will be instaling a on/off switch to turn on my sounds whenever I want to... Where should I install the switch??
- between the fuse and cap?
- between cap and amp?
- or on the remote from the HU to the amp?
Any recommendation??
Thanks in advance

#3.  Never put a switch on a power wire.  And the REM wire switch will be right up front where it's easy to get to.

i doubt it, I've had my cap getting constant volts for a while and have neither experienced any adverse effects on the cap or batt drainage. I might suggest disconnecting your battery if you are going to not drive the car for a long time, months
