why not use y cables

I've seen people say don't use y cables how esle can i go from my crossover to a four channel amp and a mono amp, specially since i'm supposed to send rca's to every channel on my four channel.

No reason not to use Y-cables if you need to send the same signal to two inputs.  There is some signal loss so be sure you set your gains after you install the y-cable, and some possible noise introduction so be sure to use cables with good quality RCA connectors and good shields.

I don't know what you mean by "specially since i'm supposed to send rca's to every channel on my four channel" ?  It depends on your setup.  Are you using all four channels of your amp?  How?  How many line level outputs does your HU have?  How many outputs does your crossover have?

try getting a different crossover, a 3 channel would work great
