i have a compustar 2wfm-as on my 2003 honda accord ex. every time i press the ( I ) on the remote to lock my door, it gives me additional 3 beeps showing me that the door is open on the remote. which is not. any idea what i mite of done wrong during the install???

and also, my car has remote trunk release, after i have installed my alarm, my truck wont open, not even with the factory remote. do i have to buy an additional device to open my trunk??

I'm not too sure about this but I think u have to hook a relay up for the trunk release.  The (-200ma) output on the alarm should be hooked to a relay supplying +12v to the trunk release, on the 03+ accords the trunk release is a YELLOW /GREEN(+) wire and your output is (-) on the alarm system.

Can someone please confirm this??

It is YELLOW /GREEN (+). If the trunk release doesn't work with the factory remote, you should check for a blown fuse.

-you prolly grab the wrong wire.

check it w/ a DMM to be sure that its a door trigger.

Have you tested the wires at the trunk? Does the trunk release have an override switch at the trunk?
