Problems with the Viper 791XV

I believe it is connected onto a spark plug, there is a green and red or green and orange wire coming out of what looks like a spark plug on the drivers side of the engine. and the wire is connected to the other wire, not the green RED / green orange wire...Duke Duke

there are 4 plugs on the engine block 1 then a space 1 then a big space, 1 then a space and 1... it is connected to the first plug(looks similar to a spark plug connection) there are 2 wires coming out of it, one that is green and orange and one that is white and blue, it is connected to the white and blue wire.Duke Duke

as well, the valet button is mounted to the bar under the knee panel, and it looks like the back of it has just melted for some reasonDuke Duke

Just thought I would post this as well, and see if the alarm could be the cause of this problem as well, my battery in the truck will not stay charged, it seems to die after it has sat in the cold for about 24 hours or so. I am not sure if it is because the alarm is messing up, or because or something else. But, just thought I would throw that into the mix and see if maybe someone could come up with a solution and see if they could help me with it! Please let me know if you have any ideas or know what the cause of my problem is! Thanks!Duke Duke
