This has probably been brought up before but I cannot find any info after using the search option. The bracket holding my son's alarm siren broke and the siren is now gone. I have a relay to wire up the horn but I am not sure about the connections. The negative horn wire is RED / blue and the wires from the module are red and black. What is connected to posts 85, 86, 87, and 30?

If I interpret your post correctly. This is what you need to do to make it work.
"The negative horn wire is RED / blue" ground this anywhere on the body.
Positive horn wire ( you didn't indicate the wire colour) connect this to 30 post of the relay.
If "the wires from the module are red and black" are positive connect red and black to post 85 on the relay. On post 86, ground this wire to the body.
If "the wires from the module are red and black" are negative. Connect red and black to post 85 then connect post 86 to 12 v + side.
Post 87 will be the to 12 V +
Make sure you get yourself a digital multimeter. It's a lot easier than guessing.

My mistake I didn't see it for a horn, but rather as a siren. Now that you guys pointed out my mistake. I just notice that you can also connect the "negative horn wire RED / blue" to the alarm horn wire output if it's got one. More info. is require on the type of unit that you got.
or as suggested by swamprat323, a new siren is a lot less work to do.

Your suggestion worked, but yes the horn went off for awhileinstall relay for horn? -- posted image. Not a problem. By reading all of the responses, I should have been more clear in asking my question. My son has a 92 Civic he has been modifying which seems to be a target for theft so we needed a quick fix for now. Thanks for the info. install relay for horn? -- posted image.
