Is it possible to splice together rca cables, I was doin gan install and pulled to hard on my 4 channel rca and pulled one set out of of what looks to be the connection point where the wire goes from one to four.  Any help?  I think I am screwed

Not really, these cables are made to be the way they are, alter them in any way and the signal will degrate.  Just chalk it up as a learning experience and buy another set of cables.  If you pulled one set, chances are there will be other weak & broken connections anyway.

I would say it depends on whether or not it can be repaired. If they are cheap 1 piece rcas then no. If they are more expensive rcas that you can take apart then yes I would fix them.
