This sounds like a sub thats not worth the price tag... It a sign of cheap materials used on the sub...

whats happening is that the elasticty in the spyder has been lost...this means the ability for the sub to come back to its normal position....has he ever had the subs pounding to the max? if so he's gone and ruined his subs spyder and that usually means a cheap sub...

They are cheap subs, hes only had them for a few months and never really abused them. He has a buyer who is willing to but them off him for about what he payed brand new. So hes gonna sell them and then upgrade.

Hoodwink the neighborhood kids and it will come back to haunt him.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
