This is all you should need: http://www.cardomain.com/item/PERSVEN4

"Peripheral’s new Super VEN (SVEN) replaces the legendary Vendetta series of output converters, and has been created to interface the myriad of aftermarket A/V equipment with today’s sophisticated vehicle sound systems. This “super” adapter is great for adding an amplified subwoofer or separate amplifier to your factory JBL, Infinity, Mach, Premium, or Bose system. The SVEN has programmable input and output circuitry with selectable slide switches, which allows for either RCA or speaker level connections at both the input and output. DC coupling circuitry ensures noise-free integration and no load induced on the factory electronics. Four independent level controls and snap together housing make setting up the system even easier."
