Captanham look into Duramix's 4040 and 4058.  The stuff is magic.

I used tis plastic weld stuff and haven't had a problem yet ' Got it at walmart.

Dominion Sureseal sells rigid filler and semirigid filler.  I think it's similar, if not the same, as what Tim sells.  You can buy it at Finish Master or other auto body shops.

It's what I used to use, it was to much of a hassle to work with so I sourced out something better. It takes less work and adheres better.
