Yes

One small SOLID yellow, SOLID black, and a Orange with Black stripe.

start the van, cut the yellow, strip the black and measure ohms between key side of the yellow and the stripped black, reverse meter leads and measure again. add both ohms divide by 2, take that resistance and get a resistor for that total.

put that resistor between the other side of the yellow and the stripped black

Is it possible that the Black wire is the "bulb test wire"
and the Black with white strip wire is the passlock common?
