lol....thats awesome...sorta.  cant really help u totally but it might help to surround the entire player in foam? perhaps the foam will absorb enough of the vibration from the bass to keep it from skipping.  hehe..or maybe stick the player on a big spring so its like a bobble-head cd player thing...ok that was dumb.  the foam thing is my best idea cause i'm a newb at this stuff too.

If you are going to use it for competitions then make you a harness extension so that when you are at a competition you can take the HU out of the car.....Then you can play it as loud as you want....

You have a resonant refquency issue with the laser transport. The only way to solve this is to turn the volume down (not what you wanted to hear) or change the cd player out to a cd player that is immune to the effects of this. As most cd players do not address this fact it leaves but 2 brands to consider. One is the now discontinued MB Quart NRA450  - a 30 second antiskip buffer takes care of this. The second and better option is any Eclipse cd player where the laser sled is tuned to resonate at 19hz. If it still skips with one of these, then that is one damn fine box you have there which is causing your entire dashboard to vibrate beyond control.

i know my mirrors shake up and down at least 1/4 inch, the steering wheel shaked up and down even more, the rearveiw wont stay put, it keeps moving down. my rear deck area lifts up alot, the roof kind of bubbles out. thats all ive noticed so far, along with the skipping.
