hello   i am trying to figure out how to wire my foglights  im installing them on a 1996 eagle talon

the problem i am haveing is that 1 i want them to come on with the marker lights ....i know how to do this its just 1 simple relay...but in pennsylvania we have to have our fog lights shut off when we turn on the high beams...so im tryin to figure out how to wire this.... any diagrams som 1 could make or even just directions would be good...  im pretty sure ill need 2 relays  1 to power on when is see power from markers  and 1 to cut the power when it sees power from the high beams i just am unsure how to wire this
