93 Supra won’t start

So if it doesnt have any fuses what does tht mean? I was talking to someone tht told me tht near the toggle switch should be a little black box, the alarms brain. There is one, says Clifford on it but there is another but farther back...can't read it but I think thts the Viper. Wires are everywhere! Does tht sound right? Suppoedly theres a fuse on it and if I pull it out it will disarm my alarm? When the green light drops, the bullsh*t stops...

well with 2 alarms its tough to know exactly, but if you pull the fuses it might help, like i said in a previous post clifford uses normally open starter kill sometimes and the fuse being gone will not help if thats the case. the best thing to look at is the wires on the ignition switch. The wire should be BLACK/ white follow that and see where it goes...it probably goes to a relay take it loose and connect the 2 ends together and it SHOULD start, depending on what else this person did since it has 2 systems in it.
